Terms of Service
1. What PlanKeep does
PlanKeep is software for storing and organizing your SPCC compliance records: container registries, inspection records, findings, training and spill logs, obligation calendars, and generated documents. The service operates in the United States.
2. Not legal or engineering advice
PlanKeep stores and organizes records; it does not provide legal advice. PlanKeep is not a Professional Engineer and does not provide PE certification. Output produced by the SPCC applicability wizard, including any verdict, PDF, or readiness report - is an informational assessment, not legal advice, an engineering certification, or a determination by the U.S. EPA. Whether 40 CFR part 112 applies to your facility, and how you comply, depends on site-specific facts and remains your responsibility. Consult a qualified Professional Engineer or attorney where appropriate.
3. Your records and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the records you enter, for reviewing records before relying on them, and for meeting your regulatory obligations. Signed inspection records become immutable in PlanKeep; corrections are additive and attributed.
4. Data portability
You can export all of your data at any time from facility settings. If you request deletion of your account and data, it is completed within 30 days.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" during the design-partner period without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Material changes to these terms will be announced in the product before they take effect.
